COMPOSITION
1 ml of the preparation contains: active substance Danofloxacin – 25 mg; additional ingredients.
PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES
Danofloxacin is a chemotherapeutic agent of a broad-spectrum belonging to the group of fluoroquinolones 3rd generation.
Mechanism of action of Danofloxacin is based on deactivation of bacterial enzyme of DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, resulting in inhibition of bacterial DNA replication. Product is active against Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms such as Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogenes, Escherichia colі, Enterobacteriaceae spp., Pasteurella spp., Haemophilus spp., Acti spp., Brucella spp., Salmonella spp., Bordetella bronchiseptica, Proteus vulgaris, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, etc., and Mycoplasmas.
When administered parenterally maximum concentration of Danofloxacin in blood is achieved approx. in 1 hour, and therapeutic concentration is maintained for 24 hours.
Danofloxacin has a high level of distribution in the body of animals. Concentration in tissues and organs is significantly higher than in serum. Body organs, in which the highest concen- tration is observed: lungs, liver, kidneys, intestines and muscles. Danofloxacin is partially metabolized in liver and excreted with urine and bile.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
Slaughter of animals for meat is permitted in 5 (cattle) and 3 days (pigs) after the last treatment. Milk for human consumption is allowed in 4 days after the last treatment. Meat and milk received before this period should be disposed or fed to non-productive animals, depending on conclusion of veterinarian.
SHELF LIFE
24 months. After first opening – 14 days if stored in dark place at +5 to +25° С.
STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store in dry, dark places, out of the reach of children at +5 to +25° С.
