COMPOSITION
1 ml of preparation contains active substance Ivermectin – 10.0 mg;
PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES
Activee ingredient of the preparation is Ivermectin belonging to compounds that are produced by microorganisms of group Streptomyces avermitilis. Mechanism of product action on parasites is in Ivermecti stimulation of secretion of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in presinaptic neurons, which binds to specific receptors of nerve endings by increasing membrane permeability to chloride ions and blocking the transmission of neuromuscular pulses. It causes paralysis and death of parasites.
Ivermectin has high efficiency and broad spectrum of action (insecticidal, acaricidal and nematicidal activity) and has relatively low toxicity. Ivermectin is not effective against trematodes and tapeworms because GABA does not work at them as a peripheral neurotransmitter.
ADMINISTRATION
Treatment of cattle, sheep and pigs affected by helminthosis:
• Cattle:
gastrointestinal and lung nematodosis, caused by Nematodirus helvetianus, Ostertagia ostertagi, O. lyrata; Bunostomum trigonocephalum, B. phlebotomum, Haemonchus placei, Trichostrongylus axei, Т. colubriformis, Cooperia pectinata, C. punctata, Dictyocaulus viviparus; enthomosis – Hypoderma bovis, Hypoderma lineatum; mange – Psoroptes bovis, Sarcoptes bovis, Chorioptes bovis, Demodex bovis; lousiness – Haematopinus eurysternus, Linognathus vituli etc.
• Sheep:
gastrointestinal and lung nematodosis, caused by Haemonchus contortus, Ostertagia circumcincta, Ostertagia trifurcata, Trichostrongylus sрр, Dictyocaulus filaria, Protostrongylusrufescens; enthomosis – Hypoderma bovis, H.lineatum; mange – Psoroptes ovis, Sarcoptes ovis, Chorioptes ovis; lousiness – Haematopinus eurysternus, Linognathus vituli etc.
Swine:
gastrointestinal nematodosis, caused by Ascaris suum, Hyostrongylus rubidus, Oesophagostomum spp., Strongyloides ransomi (only adult stages);
lung nematodes (only adult stages) Metastrongylus spp.;
lousiness – Haematopinus suis;
sarcoptosis – mites Sarcoptes suis.

Early therapy of cattle hypodermosis (October-November) is recommended with a low dose of the preparation (1.5-2.0 ml per animal).
In the treatment of mange, demodicosis, chorioptosis administration of the preparation is repeated in 7-10 days in the same doses.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
Slaughter of cattle and sheep for meat is allowed in 28 days after the last treatment, swine – in 21 days.
PRECAUTIONS
Do not apply to non-target species. Do not use concurrently with other anthelmintics.
Do not treat weakened, exhausted animals and animals with infectious diseases. Dosing accuracy is important for pigs weighing up to 16 kg.
Do not administer the preparation to cows during lactation, in first third part of pregnancy and 28 days before calving.
SHELF LIFE
24 months. After first opening – 14 days if stored in dark place at +5 to +25° С.

Store in dry, dark places, out of the reach of children, at +5 to +25° С.
