LIVE VACCINE AGAINST MAREK’S DISEASE

COMPOSITION
One dose of vaccine contains live virus, obtained on SPF chicken embryos:
Turkey Herpesvirus Serotype 3, strain FC-126 ≥ 1000 PFU.
Vaccine is supplied with diluent.

IMMUNOLOGICAL PROPERTIES
Vaccine virus in 2-3 weeks induces specific immunity in chicks against Marek’s Disease.

Preventive immunization against Marek’s Disease.

Do not mix with other medicinal and preventive preparations.

SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS (DURING LAYING PERIOD)
Do not vaccinate adult bird.

0.2 ml per chicken. Dilute 1000 doses of vaccine under sterile conditions in 200 ml of diluent
Subcutaneously

Thaw the ampoule with vaccine in a 20-25° C water bath. Draw 1.0 ml of the diluent into the ampoule by a sterile syringe, mix thoroughly and transfer the contents to the vial with the diluent . Rinse the ampoule with the diluent again and transfer it to the vial with vaccine solution.

0 days.

SHELF LIFE
24 months. Vaccine should be used within 2 hours after dissolving.

STORAGE CONDITIONS
Vaccine is stored only immersed into liquid nitrogen. The diluent can be kept in refrigerator at +2 to +8° С.
