INDICATIONS
HIGH VITA ESEL 20% is indicated:
Prophylactic Indication:
    o On farms in known selenium-deficient soil areas.
    o When diets low in Vitamin E are fed, e.g. diets containing high levels of moist stored grain or maize silage.
    o Moist stored grain or maize silage.
    o For Vitamin E and Selenium deficiency: Diseases of the heart- and skeletal musculature of nutritional origin like locomotor disorders, trembling, lameness, degenerations, splay leg, tachycardia, cyanosis, transport stress, loss of appetite, as may be indicated by poor breeding performance, excessive transport stress, or nutritional muscular dystrophy (in young animals on turning out to grass).
    o To provide extra vitamin E during periods of heavy workload for horses.
    o Reproductive and developmental disorders and embryonic loss, weakness of the newly born.
Therapeutic Indications:
    o For the treatment of the various manifestations of nutritional muscular dystrophy (white muscle disease, nutritional myopathy) affecting cardiac and/or skeletal muscles, and associated symptoms.

MODE OF ADMINISTRATION
For oral administration via drinking water or mixing with feed.
• Camel : 1g per 40kg body weight for 3-5 days, equivalent to 2 scoops/animal/day approximately mixed with 5kg of feed or dissolved in 5 litres of drinking water.
• Horse : 1g per 40kg body weight for 3-5 days, equivalent to 1 scoop/animal/day approximately mixed with 3kg of feed or dissolved in 3 litres of drinking water.
• Goat and Sheep : 1g per 8kg body weight for 3-5 days, equivalent to 1/2 scoop/animal/day approximately mixed with 2kg of feed or dissolved in 2 litres of drinking water.
• Cow : 1g per 16kg body weight for 3-5 days, equivalent to 3 scoops/animal/day approximately mixed with 5kg of feed or dissolved in 5 litres of drinking water.
• Poultry : 1kg per 800 litres of drinking water for 3-5 days.
• Measure enclosed: 10g per scoop.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
Cattle and Sheep:
    o Meat: Zero days.
    o Milk: Zero hours. Not permitted for use in lactating sheep producing milk for human consumption
Horses:
    o Not to be used in horses intended for human consumption.
    o Treated horses may never be slaughtered for human consumption.
    o The horse must have been declared as not intended for human consumption under national horse passport legislation.
